Dr. Jennifer Roelands is an integrative-medicine-trained Obstetrician and Gynecologist, podcaster, and mamma of four. Her mission is to help busy women balance their hormones without medications so they can have peaceful periods, calm digestion, and be happy in their bodies.
Dr. Roelands graduated from the University of California at San Diego’s Medical School and completed her residency at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina. She worked in private practice for 14 years before starting this company.
Dr. Roelands is available to speak on integrative medicine, mind-body medicine, PCOS, hormonal imbalance, nutrition, and culinary medicine. In the past, she has delivered lectures on meditation and mindfulness, using herbs and spices to heal from chronic illness, improving hormonal balance, cycle syncing for boosting fertility, and resetting your metabolism.
